Vision

The vision of the ministry this coming year is to see at least 50 families won and discipled for Christ. Our goal is to produce more disciples (at least 50). We are also looking for those who are willing to give up everything for the sake of following Christ and to see former pastors and workers who have backslidden and became cold in their relationship with God to be burning again with love and compassion for the Lord and the lost souls.

Shepherd's Heart Family Ministry was conceived in the last quarter of 2000 during one of the worship intercessory gathering of a group led by Bro. Joel R. Jacinto. "I asked God that night for Him to put in my heart what is in His heart. God lead me to Matthew 9:35-38 and gave me a great burden for the lost souls. As I continued on praying, He showed me many broken families, young people at lost and kids growing up adapting the new age culture.", he said. The said Word became the founding vision of the ministry.

"My wife and I prayed together and ask for leads and confirmation. The Lord is closing a door but is opening another door and is lifting our level of servanthood. We decided to make a graceful exit from the ministry we were connected with (DWXI Prayer Partners) that time and form a new ministry which we believe the Lord is impressing on our heart - "SHEPHERD'S HEART FAMILY MINISTRY Foundation, Inc"". It was organized in July 2001 and formally registered in August 8, 2001 under SEC Reg. No. A200111026.

The nickname of the ministry is SHeM Family. God revealed that SHEM is the name of the eldest son of Noah who was really blessed and from him came all the descendants of the earth after the Great Flood (Gen 9:26). We believe that God will continue to increase His descendants through this ministry whose main focus are the families created by God restoring what the enemy has taken away - the power that God had given them (Gen 1:26-31) to be able to live an abundant life now and in the life thereafter.

After five years of ministering to all kinds of people in all walks of life, there was a need to give them a home, a church where they will belong and be called as members of the family of God. We've been praying for the place where the Lord wants us to be and he'd never disappoint us. This was the main reason why we incorporate a Church which is named after the ministry - Shepherd's Heart Family Christian Church International, Inc. It was registered on May 2006 with Securities and Exchange Commission under SEC Reg. No. CN200608964 and formally inaugurated in July 12, 2006 on the 5th year anniversary of the foundation. The Church is located now in 62 Coastal Road Longos, Zapote V, Bacoor, Cavite situated right after the boundary of Las Pinas City and Cavite along the coastal areas where a big community is waiting to be reached out.
